Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second increments, or on the stove until smooth.
Cut each date in half to remove the pit.
Place about a teaspoon of nut butter in each date and pinch it close.
Coat each date in the chocolate with two forks and let the excess drip off.
Place the coated dates on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place the dates in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and then transfer to a sealed container.
Enjoy throughout the week (if they last that long)!
