  1. Peel 4 medium potatoes, dice them into cubes, and add them to a bowl along with a diced onion, a pinch of salt and pepper, a teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, and a teaspoon of garlic. Mix well and generously spray with cooking spray, then air fry at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.

  2. Next, add 100g of sliced NOEL chorizo and air fry for another 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

  3. Serve in two plates with a fried egg on top.
