Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs until well blended.
Add oat flour, honey, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
Using a muffin tin or silicone molds suitable for your air fryer, spoon the batter into the molds, filling each about ¾ full.
Place the molds in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is enough space between each for air circulation.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the molds halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
Allow the donut holes to cool slightly before removing from molds.
Optional: dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.
