Pass the ricotta cheese through a sieve, so to make it more “airy”.
Chop the chocolate in small pieces or flakes. Not too much big. The size of a peanut is fine.
In a cup, beat a little the eggs with the sugar.
Add everything together in a bowl, and mix it well.
Put the dough in a cake pan, and makes some holes with a fork.
Cook the bottom for 10-15 mins at 180°C.
Add the ricotta mixture over it. Cook it for further 20-30 mins.
Let it cool down before eating it.
Keep conserved in the fridge.
