Cook the chips or fries as stated on the packet (air fry on 200C for 10-15 mins)
Fry the bacon lardons in a pan for 3-4 mins or until crispy
Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, mixed herbs and garlic granules
Spray a pan with oil and fry the onions, peppers and chicken for 5-6 minutes
Pour over the single cream and mix with the Philadelphia, grated cheddar and stock
Cook on a medium heat until the sauce starts to bubble
Squeeze over the lemon juice
Assemble by loading the chips with the saucy chicken alfredo and spring onions
Serve with the crispy bacon lardons
