Hot & Crispy Chicken Pakore
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, adding water slowly until you have a mixture that is not runny, but holds it's shape when you pick up a little bit in your hand.

  2. When mixing, make sure to knead everything, so the onions soften a little.

  3. Heat some oil on medium, drop a little mix in and see if it sizzles and bubbles. Once this happens, make drop rough scoops of the pakora mix into the oil, making sure you grab bits of chicken, onion and all the ingredients in each pakora.

  4. Keep adjusting your heat so it's not too hot. Fry pakore until golden and cooked thoroughly inside. This can take 7-8 minutes or depending on the size of your chicken pieces.
