Honey Butter Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, combine 225g raw shrimp, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp black pepper, and mix well

  2. Heat a medium-high heat pan, spray with cooking oil, and cook the shrimp until it changes color, then set aside

  3. Add 15g butter, 2 tsp minced garlic, 15g honey, and ½ tbsp stevia to the pan and stir

  4. Once the sauce reduces and becomes sticky, add the cooked shrimp back into the pan

  5. In a container, combine 1 sliced cucumber, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp brown stevia, 5ml sesame oil, 5ml soy sauce, a pinch of gochugaru or chili powder, salt and pepper

  6. Close the container and shake until the cucumber salad is evenly coated

  7. Serve with 125g rice, cucumber salad, top with dried parsley flakes, and enjoy
