  1. Cut fish widthwise, across the fillet, into approximately 6 slices.

  2. In a bowl, combine salt and lime.

  3. Add fish and bruised chiles. Toss lightly and marinate 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

  5. Arrange on a serving dish.
