In a large skillet heat up olive oil and add ground beef. Break apart and cook until it's about 90% cooked. Season with salt & black pepper and continue cooking until no longer pink.
To the same pan with the cooked + seasoned ground beef, add the uncooked macaroni, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & paprika.
Add vegetable broth. Stir to combine. Bring to a light boil and then cover and simmer until the liquid is just about absorbed. (About 15 mins).
Remove from heat. Add sour cream. Mix to combine.
Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Place back on heat and let the cheese melt through. Mix to combine.
Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley + cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
