Herb & Cheese Quick Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary until evenly distributed.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until well blended.

  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
