Place pork tenderloin into the crockpot
In a bowl, whisk broth, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper
Pour mixture over the pork, cover, and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Remove pork and thicken sauce by simmering it in a small pan for 5–7 minutes until glossy
Slice pork, pour glaze over the top, and garnish with thyme
