Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
  1. Place pork tenderloin into the crockpot

  2. In a bowl, whisk broth, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper

  3. Pour mixture over the pork, cover, and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours

  4. Remove pork and thicken sauce by simmering it in a small pan for 5–7 minutes until glossy

  5. Slice pork, pour glaze over the top, and garnish with thyme
