It's an upside down cake summer and this is the THIRD version of my iconic cornmeal upside down cake.
This brown butter corn cake is inspired by the cake from radio bakery that I'm obsessed with, and pairing it with fresh summer blueberries is an obvious win.
I also added some cardamom into the syrup for extra flavour that complements this cake so well.
She comes together in one bowl and is simply stunning.
