Sauté the onions in oil on low heat.
Chop and add the other vegetables and fruits.
Add the apple cider vinegar, water, brown sugar, and mix well.
Add the mustard, allspice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Also add the tomato paste and lemon juice.
Simmer for 1 hour, then check the flavor and consistency.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes, adding a little extra water if needed.
Allow to cool slightly before placing in jars.
Refrigerate and enjoy within 2 weeks.
