Artichoke Dip
  1. Roughly chop the artichokes and put in a blender.

  2. Add mayonnaise and Parmesan.

  3. Blend until mixed, it doesn't have to be completely smooth.

  4. This should fill two regular ramekins.

  5. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
