Steak & Shrimp Hibachi Dinner
  1. Cook steak on high heat until seared and cooked through. Will only take about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes. Add back steak and finish with a tsp of garlic butter.

  2. Make the garlic butter by mixing ⅓ cup softened unsalted butter, 2 grated garlic cloves, and 1 tsp soy sauce or coco aminos.

  3. Make the yum yum sauce by mixing ½ cup mayo, 2 tbsp melted butter, ½ tbsp ketchup, ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar, ½ tbsp paprika, 1 tsp sugar, and ½ tsp ginger.

  4. Make the fried rice by sautéing ½ diced onion, ⅓ cup frozen peas & carrots, 2-3 minced garlic cloves, ½ tsp minced ginger, and 1 tbsp minced red chili pepper. Add 4-5 cups of cooked, chilled day old rice, 1 tbsp soy sauce or coco aminos, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and ⅓ cup sliced green onions.
