Cook your garlic in a pan with the olive oil in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 mins or until golden.
Add all the tomatoes and basil, season with salt and cook for 15-20 mins.
Mix everything with a stick blender, then pass your sauce through a sieve.
Boil your pasta until al dente then add it to your sauce.
Mix everything together for a couple of mins over medium low heat to combine all the flavours together.
Remove from the heat, add butter, grated Grana Padano cheese and more chopped basil and mix everything one more time.
