Guinness Wheaten Bread
  1. Combine the wholemeal flour, rolled oats, light brown sugar, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add the buttermilk, Guinness, and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf tin and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  4. Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
