Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine ⅓ cup AP flour and 1 tsp baking powder with ¼ cup yogurt of choice.
Mix until a dough forms and knead until a smooth ball forms.
Roll dough into a rectangle.
Make a mixture of 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or coconut sugar), 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp avocado oil.
Spread onto dough.
Roll into log.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden.
Top with glaze made of 3 tbsp yogurt of choice and 2 tsp liquid sweetener of choice (I used sugar-free syrup).
