Single-serve Cinnamon Roll (high-protein And Low Sugar)
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Combine ⅓ cup AP flour and 1 tsp baking powder with ¼ cup yogurt of choice.

  3. Mix until a dough forms and knead until a smooth ball forms.

  4. Roll dough into a rectangle.

  5. Make a mixture of 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or coconut sugar), 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp avocado oil.

  6. Spread onto dough.

  7. Roll into log.

  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden.

  9. Top with glaze made of 3 tbsp yogurt of choice and 2 tsp liquid sweetener of choice (I used sugar-free syrup).
