Cook white rice and set aside warm.
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; simmer until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the sauce and coat well.
Serve creamy garlic chicken over warm rice.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
