Prepare Aromatics

  1. Slice green onions at an angle.

  2. Thinly slice or mince garlic.

  3. Seed jalapeno if desired.

  4. Cut onion into thin strips.

Cook Shrimp

  1. Defrost shrimp.

  2. Coat shrimp with cornstarch and flour mixture.

  3. Fry shrimp in oil at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Finish Dish

  1. Mix salt, white pepper, and sugar.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Cook garlic, jalapeno, onion, and red chilies for 1 minute.

  3. Add fried shrimp and toss.

  4. Add green onions and toss. Stir-fry with salt, pepper, and sugar mixture.
