Cut the puff pastry into circles using a drinking glass and coffee mug.
Place the larger pastry circles into a greased muffin pan.
Add a layer of shaved ham, followed by chopped brie cheese and a small amount of cranberry sauce.
Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg and top with the smaller pastry circles.
Prick the tops with a fork and brush with more beaten egg.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed up.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
