  1. Roll around in your shaker (I’d avoid shaking with ice to prevent overdiluting imo)

  2. Sa tế fat wash: 3 oz Sa tế + ~600 ml of Vodka. Shake and let sit at room temp for 3 hours, then freeze overnight and strain solidified oil and solids.

  3. Onion tincture (rapid infuse method): 1 cup of high proof alcohol (like Everclear) into a whipper with ¼ medium sized onion. Charge with 1 N2O cartridge. Shake and let sit and infuse for 10-15 mins. Strain out solids.
