Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl
  1. Wash rice, add oil, turmeric mix well

  2. Add water, then add cinnamon stick and bay leaves into water. Start

  3. Saute garlic in olive oil to cook it out and remove that raw pungent garlic breath

  4. Combine pickling liquid and bring to a boil. Pour over thinly sliced red cabbage

  5. Combine spices, add to chicken and coat with neutral oil, season with salt, and grill till cooked through

  6. Serve chicken on rice (spiced chopped cauliflower) with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled cabbage, and lemony garlic yogurt sauce
