Classic Boiled/steeped Tea, Steam Inhalation, Infused Honey, Cooking & Broths, Herbal Salt Rub
  1. Simmer a sprig of rosemary, 2–3 crushed cardamom pods, + a strip of lemon peel for 10 minutes in a pan with a tight lid/sandwich a piece of non-toxic parchment between pan + lid.

  2. Let it cool, strain, then warm to sip on.

  3. Add fresh rosemary, crushed cardamom, + lemon peel to a bowl of hot water.

  4. Drape a towel over your head & breathe in for 5–10 minutes.

  5. Blanch rosemary sprigs in boiling water, dry well then add with cracked cardamom pods, + dried lemon peel to raw honey (I use @rawpothealth Phoebe15 gives a discount)

  6. Let steep a few days, then have teaspoon 2-3 times a day for a throat soothing coating + antimicrobial boost.

  7. If super chesty add finely grated fresh garlic or RawPot bee pollen to the spoon as you take it.

  8. Toss the trio into soups, stews, or bone broth while warming to serve.

  9. Blitz dried rosemary, cardamom seeds, & dried lemon peel with sea salt.

  10. Use as a seasoning on roast veg, fish, eggs, tofu or chicken.
