  1. Season chicken thighs with the seasoning blend. Dip each piece into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with crushed cornflakes.

  2. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.

  3. In a saucepan, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add ketchup, honey, soy sauce, salt, gochujang, and sesame oil. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce until evenly coated and glossy.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives. Serve hot with steamed rice or fries.
