Add the peels to a jar.
Fill the jar with white vinegar.
Close the lid and shake it well.
Let it sit for 1-2 weeks, shaking every few days.
Strain out the liquid and store it in a spray bottle.
Use your homemade cleaner on surfaces (just avoid stone countertops & hardwood floors!).
Compost the used peels.
