Shrimp With Chipotle-bourbon Butter Sauce
  1. Add Chipotle Peppers in Adobo and garlic to a food processor and process until smooth.

  2. Heat a medium sized pan to medium heat and add butter. Let it melt.

  3. Pour in garlic-chipotle sauce, bourbon and honey. Simmer for 15 minutes to let the flavors develop.

  4. Stir in the shrimp and simmer another 10-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and have a bit of a snap to them.

  5. Serve as you wish, over rice, with tortillas, or as they are for a perfect appetizer.
