Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until evenly blended.
Transfer the seasoning mix into an airtight container or glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
For 1 pound of ground beef (or protein of choice):
Brown the meat, then drain excess grease.
Add 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mix.
Stir in 1 cup of tomato sauce (or ketchup) and ½ cup of water.
Simmer for 5–10 minutes until thickened.
