Fry the bacon in a large pan until crispy, then remove it and pop it to the side for now.
Take the skins off the sausages and break them into pieces. Fry them off along with the smoked paprika and Cajun seasoning in the same pan as the bacon until it’s starting to go crispy.
Add in the garlic and tomato puree and cook for another few minutes.
Then add in the chicken stock and cream cheese and mix well.
Add in the uncooked gnocchi and mix, cook this for a few minutes until the gnocchi is cooked through.
Garnish with the crispy bacon and some fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
