  3. Crumble the feta cheese over the tomatoes, followed by the diced green pepper, sliced chili, minced garlic, oregano, and paprika.

  4. Top with the remaining tomatoes, then sprinkle the kasseri cheese evenly over the top.

  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes uncovered until the cheese is golden and bubbling.

  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow the cheese to set slightly.
