Focaccia
  1. In a large bowl combine warm water and yeast. Leave to bloom 5 mins then add flour, salt and olive oil.

  2. Bring the dough together with your hands and fold and turn the dough until it becomes somewhat cohesive.

  3. Leave covered to double in size.

  4. Add ¼ cup olive oil to your baking tray and turn the dough out into the tray and coat both sides with the oil.

  5. Stipple your fingers into the dough to spread it out into the tray then leave somewhere warm to double in size again.

  6. Drizzle a little more olive oil and stipple with your fingers again.

  7. Top with sea salt and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 mins.

  8. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!!
