Take active sour dough starter and add the oat fiber and psyllium husks and wet ingredients and stir well to avoid lumps.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Heat non-stick pan and portion out the batter into the pan using a ⅓ cup measuring cup.
Swirl the batter around until very thin and evened out.
Cook for about 1.5-2 minutes on the first side and then flip and cook for 45 seconds-1 minute on the other side.
Pile onto a plate to let cool in a stack.
