Combine all ingredients together and store in a quart sized ziploc bag or a pint sized mason jar. Mix will store for 6 months to a year.
To prepare, brown 1 lb. ground beef. Drain grease. Add ingredients in the bag/jar to the hamburger, then add 1 cup water and 2 cups milk. Simmer until macaroni is fully cooked. Add grated cheese, if desired, a few minutes before serving.
