2-ingredient Cottage Cheese Crackers
  1. Add cottage cheese, egg, salt, and almond flour to a blender or food processor. Blend until a smooth, thick dough forms.

  2. Mix in garlic powder or herbs if using.

  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out very thin for crispier crackers.

  4. Remove the top parchment and cut the sheet into squares using a knife or pizza cutter. Transfer the parchment with the dough onto a baking tray.

  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crisp. For extra crispiness, turn off the oven and leave the crackers inside for 5 minutes.

  6. Let cool completely for maximum crunch. Enjoy as a snack, with dips, or on a charcuterie board.
