Gf, Df, Rsf No Bake Cookies
  1. Add the ½ cup coconut oil, coconut sugar, raw cacao powder, milk, and salt to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Boil for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla, stirring to incorporate.

  4. While the mixture is still warm, stir in ½ cup of chocolate chips.

  5. Drop large spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and flatten to your desired thickness.

  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

  7. Melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

  8. Drizzle over the top of the cookies and sprinkle with flaky salt.

  9. Store in the refrigerator.
