  2. Stir in the peppermint extract and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Mix well to combine.

  3. Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans until evenly coated with chocolate.

  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming clusters.

  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each cluster.

  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
