Homemade Whipped Cream
  1. Put the mixing bowl into the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes.

  2. Mix all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and turn the mixer on low.

  3. Beat for 1-2 minutes and then gradually increase the speed to medium high.

  4. Continue mixing until the whipped cream has formed stiff peaks.

  5. Store in airtight container and put in fridge for 1-2 weeks.
