Palak Paneer
  1. Wash and chop the spinach (palak)

  2. Dice the onion and tomato

  3. Mince the garlic and ginger

  4. Cube the paneer

  5. Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger

  6. Add the tomatoes and spices

  7. Add the chopped spinach and paneer

  8. Cook until the spinach is wilted and the paneer is heated through

  9. Serve hot with naan or rice
