Focaccia Loaf Recipe
  1. Combine and mix water, yeast and sugar and cover for 10 minutes

  2. Then add flour and salt and mix till combined

  3. Drizzle with oil and cover for 60 minutes to rise

  4. Wet hands and stretch and fold on top of itself

  5. Then cover again for 60 minutes

  6. Repeat stretch and folds and put in a lined bread tin, leave to rise (around 30 minutes)

  7. Drizzle oil on top

  8. Put in the oven at 200 degrees / 400 fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or till golden brown

  9. Put on cooling rack once out of the oven

  10. Once cooled slice it up and enjoy!
