Beat 1 cup of softened butter with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup brown sugar until fluffy
Crack 2 eggs, one at a time, making sure they're fully mixed in
Add a splash of vanilla and mix, then set aside
Blend 2 ½ cups of oats in a blender until smooth
Add blended oats, 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda into your wet ingredients and mix until halfway combined
Add 12 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips, 4 oz of chopped milk chocolate bar and 1 ½ cups of walnuts
Fold until everything is fully combined
Scoop out your cookies onto a baking sheet
Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes depending on the size until crisp
