Chewy Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Brown the unsalted butter and let cool

  2. Mix browned butter with dark brown sugar and granulated sugar

  3. Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture

  4. Stir in heavy cream (or milk)

  5. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

  6. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients

  7. Chop dark chocolate and fold into dough

  8. Portion dough into 3 oz balls

  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum

  10. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes
