Cook 1lb of the ravioli of your choice and set aside in a bowl with a knob of butter to keep it from sticking together (I used cheese ravioli)
Melt down half a stick of butter in a pan on medium heat
Sauté your garlic and add the tomato paste & cream (mix well)
Once everything is incorporated spice it up with your Italian seasoning, pepper flakes (optional), and salt & pepper (all according to taste)
Finally add in about a cup of Parmesan cheese along with sautéed tomatoes & spinach. (Mix well)
Add your favorite ravioli & (optional) protein of choice
