Porridge Oat Scones
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Add the 500g tub of Glenisk yogurt to a bowl

  3. Next add in the porridge oats by filling the yogurt tub twice

  4. Add bread soda

  5. Crack the egg into a separate bowl and beat until fluffy

  6. Add the beaten egg, salt, and honey to the bowl with the other ingredients

  7. Mix all the ingredients well together

  8. Scoop out and shape into scones

  9. Place the scones on a baking tray and sprinkle with seeds on top

  10. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes
