Jalapeño Salsa
  1. Slice tomatoes into wedges and remove pulp

  2. Slice jalapeño lengthwise and remove white pith and seeds. Leaving more of this will result in more heat

  3. Peel and chop garlic

  4. Add tomatoes, pepper, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt to food processor and blend to desired consistency

  5. Stir in fresh chopped green onion and cilantro after processing

  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
