Pickled Jalapeños
  1. Place jalapeños in small jar or bowl.

  2. Bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to simmer in small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.

  3. Pour vinegar mixture over jalapeños.

  4. Cover loosely and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.

  5. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
