Crispy Chilli Chicken
  1. Slice the chicken into thin strips. Beat the egg in a bowl, then add the chicken. In another bowl, add the cornflour, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Remove excess egg from the chicken, then coat in seasoned cornflour.

  2. Place the chicken in your air fryer, spray with oil, air fry for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees celcius until golden and crispy.

  3. Slice the pepper and onion into strips, slice the chilli, finely grate the garlic and ginger.

  4. Fry the peppers and onion for 5 minutes, add the chilli, garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute. Add all the sauce ingredients, mix well, then bring to a light simmer.

  5. Add the crispy chicken, mix until it's fully coated, then garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds. Then enjoy, lovely!
