Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar (or mozzarella)
¼ cup grated parmesan
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix the Base
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Add cheddar, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in broccoli.
Step 2: Bake
Pour mixture into the baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 mins until golden and set. Cool slightly before serving.
