Preheat the oven to 175°C or 350°F.
Line a 20cm square baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Add the cocoa powder, oat flour and baking powder.
Blend again until a smooth chocolate batter forms.
Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 22–26 minutes. The center should remain slightly soft.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
For an extra-fudgy texture, refrigerate the brownies for one hour before serving.
