Satay Pork Balls or Arrayes
  1. Mix chili sauce, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce and garlic together.

  2. Add mince to mixture.

  3. Add breadcrumbs if making into meatballs.

  4. Form into balls and cook - fry or bake.

  5. OR spread onto wraps or pita bread and fry meat-side down - arrayes.

  6. Serve with spring onions, lettuce, chopped tomatoes etc etc.
