Snack Pack Hack (aka Chia Pudding In Disguise)
  1. In a jar, combine 2 tbsp chia seeds with ¾ cup milk of choice & ⅓ cup of coconut milk. Stir & let sit for 30 minutes.

  2. Melt approx. 40g of good quality dark chocolate.

  3. Put melted chocolate and chia mixture in a blender, then add 3 tsp cocoa powder, 5-6 tsp maple syrup, and a tiny pinch of salt.

  4. Blend well & divide into containers.

  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (pudding consistency) or overnight for a creamy chocolate mousse!

  6. Top with fruit, nuts, or enjoy as is
